The Minot Pink Ladies in Training program is designed to engage youth under the age of 18 who are interested in community involvement, service, and participation in Pink Ladies–sponsored activities. This program provides an age-appropriate, supervised opportunity for younger individuals to learn the values of volunteerism, philanthropy, and community pride while fostering meaningful intergenerational connections within the Minot Pink Ladies organization.
Participants may actively participate by volunteering at approved events and attending activities that are open to all ages.
Age Levels

Mini Minot Pink Ladies (Ages 10 and under)
- Participation focuses on family-friendly events, simple volunteer opportunities, teamwork, kindness, and positive exposure to community service.

Junior Minot Pink Ladies (Ages 11–17):
- Participants may engage in a wider range of age-appropriate volunteer activities, assist at events, help with community projects, and begin developing leadership skills.
Eligibility Requirements
- Participants must be a female under 18 years of age.
- Participants must be a family member or an approved close connection of a current Minot Pink Lady.
- Each participant must be sponsored by an active adult Minot Pink Lady.
- Sponsorship includes guidance, supervision, and support throughout participation.
Sponsorship & Supervision
Each participant will have an adult Pink Lady sponsor who serves as a mentor, ensures age-appropriate participation, provides supervision, and supports growth and engagement.
