Member Involvement Guidelines

We encourage all members to stay engaged in ways that are meaningful and manageable for them. These suggestions help support the mission and community impact of the Minot Pink Ladies.

Participation

  • Members are encouraged to attend meetings or events throughout the year (around 3–4 is a great goal), including opportunities such as recipient check presentations.
  • Participation in volunteer activities like care package assembly, event setup, or community outreach is appreciated and helps further our mission.
  • Supporting at least one major fundraiser each year is a great way to stay involved.

Representation

  • Members are invited to serve as ambassadors for the Minot Pink Ladies in the community.
  • Sharing and promoting awareness of the organization’s mission and events is always valued.

Communication

  • Staying informed through Facebook updates and meeting minutes helps members stay connected.
  • Timely responses to volunteer opportunities and event invitations are appreciated when possible.

Conduct

  • We ask all members to treat others with respect and kindness.
  • Please maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • If any potential conflicts of interest arise, we encourage open communication with the Board.

Tournaments

  • To qualify for SD Pink Ladies tournament you must be an active member by registering
  • 6 weeks and 30 games in a Pink Ladies League promoted by a NDA sanctioned operator.
